Terms of Service

Gardner Chamber of Commerce runs this website. It is built and hosted on CoreFusion OS.

Questions about these terms go to Gardner Chamber of Commerce.

Give your own details on a form, and give someone else’s only when you are booking for them.

Each form accepts only a limited number of submissions from one visitor in an hour, and forms are checked for automated submissions. A submission refused by either check is not received.

Card payments are taken by Gardner Chamber of Commerce’s payment processor, on its own page. Questions about a charge go to Gardner Chamber of Commerce.

The address of your booking confirmation works for anyone who has it. Send it only to the people coming with you.

A sign-in link is emailed to you, works once and expires after 15 minutes. Keep it to yourself.

What this site collects about you, and who else handles it, is set out in the Privacy Policy.

This website is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Gardner Chamber of Commerce is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss that comes from using it.

Gardner Chamber of Commerce may update these terms. The version on this page is the one that applies.
